Highest Security

The encoder is hosted online and you will need to be connected to the internet in order to use it.
Although this could be troublesome for those still on dial-up, the advantages of having an encoder
that is accessible from anywhere more then makes up for it. Scripts encoded by phpCipher do not
require any additional loaders which means higher compatibility and less hassle.

Confusing

Dont get me wrong, it certainly looks a great program, but it looks great..then it goes all confusing. I had a few problems trying to get it to do something.

It's also a NOT free program in a FREE area. This seems to be an illusion to most people.
